As children grow and marriages develop, the family dynamic is constantly shifting. There are always new things to learn, new hurdles to overcome and more opportunity to enhance the home environment. In the ongoing Family Circle community, we have the time and space to address these ever-shifting dynamics and explore how to set our families up for success throughout each stage, under the guidance of a seasoned therapist, author and mentor.
Honoring the Individual
With Sarah Chana's experience counseling thousands of individuals, her approach is less about one dedicated solution and more about exploring the full gamut of psychological solutions and utilizing whatever is healing for the individual.
