Hi! I’m Sarah Chana, a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, who's been practicing marriage, parenting and individual counseling for over 40 years. Through my books and workshops, my goal is to share my tips, thoughts, and strategies on how to nurture ourselves and our families, and how to bring out the best in ourselves and others. As parents and partners, we are challenged daily by perplexing, sometimes distressing, dilemmas. We don’t always know or choose the best way to respond. Stress and negative emotions regularly interrupt our joy and tranquility. How do we build our homes and guide our children with positivity while dealing with inevitable pain and conflict? How do we cope with imperfection, failure and frustration? Most importantly, how do we strengthen ourselves and our loved ones so that we can face life with courage, optimism and enduring love? Preparation helps! Armed with information and buoyed with support, we will inevitably do better.
